Registered Patients

• At your next appointment, see the reception team about the referral credit offer.
• When your friend successfully completes a new patient exam at an EasySmile practice, we will apply a £20 referral credit to your account!

New Patients

• Contact the reception team letting them know you’d like to book a new patient exam and that you have been referred by a friend.
• Upon completing a new patient exam and settling your account in full on the day, a £20 credit will be applied to your account towards future dentist appointments.

*Terms and Conditions

• Age restrictions apply: all persons must be over 18.
• The £20 discount offer is open to newly referred patients only: the friend being invited must not have had any previous appointments at any EasySmile practice.
• Invited friends will receive a one-off £20 credit after completing a new patient exam with a dentist at an EasySmile branch and settling their account in full on the day of treatment.
• A referring patient can only claim a £20 referral credit if the friend they invited successfully completes a new patient exam as above.
• Broken appointments or late cancellations will invalidate the referral credit for the referring patient and the new patient. This may, at the clinician’s discretion, attract an additional penalty charge.
• Credits or discounts are not transferable.
• An invited friend can claim only a single £20 discount after their new patient exam.
  Credits or discounts can only be used for dentist treatments, not any treatment by a hygienist or specialist.
• When using £20 referral credits or a new patient £20 discount, the remaining balance of all treatment is payable on the day of treatment.
• Credits or discounts are valid for a maximum of 12 months from the date of being awarded.
• Credits or discounts cannot be used with any other promotion or patient finance.
• EasySmile shall not be liable to any customer for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of a credit or discount or any failure or inability of a customer to use a credit or discount for any reason.
• EasySmile reserves the right to cancel the offer or change these terms and conditions at any time.
